Until February 14 you can find me at the Remedy Room, located at 105 - 1509 Cliffe Ave. I’m moving my practice to Cloud 9 Wellness Collective, located at 319b 4th St, downtown Courtenay, February 15

Please take note of my new rates: - 75 minutes: $170 + GST - 90 minutes: $205 + GST - 60 minutes (pre & post natal only): $140 + GST - Children’s treatments - 30 minutes: $80 + GST / 45 minutes: $105 + GST

Please note, GST will be added to the treatment price upon checkout.

Helpful Info:

  • Location: We are located on the ground floor of the USW Local Building at #105 - 1509 Cliffe Avenue in Courtenay. Our entrance is on the south side of the building. Follow the Wellness Studio signage.
  • Parking: You can park in any of the stalls on the west and south sides of the building.
  • Arrival: Please arrive at your appointment with enough time to settle in. When you enter the waiting area, remove your shoes, pour yourself a cup of tea or water and have a seat or help yourself to the washroom. I’ll come to meet you when it’s time for your treatment.
  • Scents: Please refrain from using any artificially perfumed body products before coming in for your session. I work with a highly sensitive clientele. Essential oils are welcome.
  • Cancellations: I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancelations. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged the full treatment price.
  • Direct Billing: I offer direct billing for Pacific Blue Cross, Medavie Blue Cross, Veteran’s Affairs, RCMP, Green Shield and any Telus E-claim insurer. Due to the nature of my practice, I only offer direct billing to 1 insurance provider. Thank you for understanding.

These treatments address issues that commonly arise through the female complex. Issues might arise as: adrenal burnout, infertility, cycle dysfunction, difficult perimenopause, hormone dysregulation, fertility challenges, pelvic pain, or simply navigating a fast paced world in a body that wants to move slower. My approach to treatment with women is to create a safe, nurturing space for tending to your nervous system so that you can reach your personal wellness goals and embody your feminine strength. * You don’t have to be dealing with acute dysfunction to book this appointment. This appointment is for all woman-identifying individuals.

Massage Therapy: Somatic Lens

Registered Massage Therapy through a somatic lens. My approach to massage therapy is in supporting the whole person via nervous system engagement, attunement and regulation. These sessions take into account that our bodies hold our whole life experience. These sessions are trauma informed and have the potential for deep healing and resolution.

Kelsey facilitates your healing experience through massage therapy, embodiment coaching and yoga. She shows up with an extensive background in anatomy, embodiment & the healing arts. From this rich foundation, you are guided through your healing journey with a sense of safety and support. Kelsey meets you where you’re at. There’s no pushing past resistance, rather a softening into what is. From the softening, you have space to explore different ways of being in your beautiful body.

Kelsey loves learning about the body and is keen to share what she knows. Empowering people through shared knowledge is key. The more you know about your body, the more you can make powerful decisions. This is the gift of education. Your relationship with Kelsey is co-creative. This means you are an active participant. Transformation often takes place in the little moments between treatments. If you commit to showing up for yourself enough to listen to your body, you will have the gift of witnessing these beautiful transformations as your journey progresses.

Kelsey takes a bio-psycho-social approach to her work. What does this mean? She treats you as a whole person – not just your injury. We are dynamic beings constantly responding to our inner and outer environments. Through this relationship with our environments, our tissues begin to tell our story. Tension is rarely a coincidence.

​Kelsey’s massage therapy, yoga teaching & coaching career started in 2012 and has taken her all over the world. She learned about psychosomatic connection on the beach of El Salvador & ran a successful luxury spa at the northernmost tip of Haida Gwaii.

When Kelsey’s not with clients, you’ll find her hiking up (or riding down) a mountain, trail running, cooking a plant based meal, breathing deep on her yoga mat or, best of all, hanging out with her gorgeous family.
